How it works
Render versus reality
The commonest complaint about stand contractors is that the finished booth doesn't match the drawing.
It happens because the designer and the builder are different companies. Ours sit ten metres apart, so a design that can't be built at the price gets caught in week one rather than becoming a compromise in the hall.

Built to the hall's rules
Every venue publishes its own limits, and a stand drawn to last year's rules gets modified on site.
Height thresholds, structural approval deadlines, rigging availability, fire ratings on materials and double-deck permissions all differ by venue and by hall. We obtain the current technical manual before design starts and submit for approval ahead of the deadline.
What we handle beyond the build
Electrical load, flooring, rigging, approvals, install and dismantle.
Stand power is the service exhibitors most often under-order, so we calculate the actual load from the equipment list with headroom and separate the 24-hour supply from the show-hours supply. Flooring is specified with the cable plan, because each constrains the other.
